Close to my Heart - Spring Colors, Blankets and Strawberries

Finalmente, hoje tivemos direito um bocadinho de sol. E como parece que não veio para ficar há que aproveitar estes pequenos momentos de primavera e de sol tão bom. Para isso, nada como juntar cores em formas de lã e lindas flores, recheados de suculentos e maravilhosos morangos. Deixo-vos um bocadinho do que andei andei a fazer esta semana.

Finally, today we had right of a bit of sunshine. And it seems like that didn't come to stay, we have to enjoy these little moments of spring and sunshine so good. There is nothing like colors together in forms of wool and beautiful flowers, stuffed with juicy  and wonderful strawberries. I leave you a little of what I've been doing this week.

A semana começou com esta linda ursinha em feltro.. Muito fofinha e prontinha para brincar. Aproveitei o feltro estampado que a minha irmã me deu e fiz um vestido e laçinho com ele. Digam lá se não ficou um mimo?

The week started with this beautiful little bear in felt.. Very Sweet and ready to play. I used the printed felt that my sister gave me and I made the dress and bow with it. What do you think about her?

Depois decidi começar a fazer uma colcha em lã com flores africanas. E assim, comecei a escolher as cores da colcha...

Then I decided start to do a wool blanket with colorful african flowers. This is the result of my colors choises to the blanket...

Como o dia está maravilhoso não resisti em tirar algumas fotografias às minhas flores que estão a nascer nos vasos. Este ano já temos Jasmim, Suculentas e umas lindas flores amarelas que vieram com o coelho da Páscoa..

The day is so wonderful that I couldn't resist to take some pictures the my flowers that are born in the vessels. This year we have jasmine, succulents and some lovely yellow flowers that came with the Easter bunny..

Espero ter-vos dado um pouco da primavera que se vive por aqui.. pois apesar de não termos sempre sol, podemos manter sempre a primavera que há em nós.
